"I've found Maria's Chi Mi sessions not only relaxing and enjoyable but have really benefited from the strengthening of my legs. This has given me much more confidence on stairs and general walking, for which I'm really grateful.”

"I was a bit daunted when I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, so when Maria started the Chi Me sessions I went along. It is a lovely group and I find the exercises so beneficial for my joints as well as my mental wellbeing. At the end of a session we have tea and a chat and Maria makes sure we all leave fully motivated"

"At the start of each session I am always mentally busy in my mind but by the end I am a lot more clearer and very, very relaxed! Also Maria the instructor is amazing and brings us little tasty and very healthy treats at the end! Maria is so kind and helpful with any questions and advice on anti-inflammatory foods to help with arthritis, and i always have her amazing sweet treats in my freezer now!!! I would highly recommend these sessions as by the end it also feels like a good workout even though it's gentle! I loved it. Thankyou Maria! "

"Maria, I have really enjoyed our sessions and look forward to returning after your holidays. I feel I have benefited from the exercises as I always arrive with discomfort in the shoulders but feel better afterwards. I like the friendly atmosphere and it's nice to sit and chat for a short while at the end. "
